Shipping and returns
Shipping
- We deliver anywhere in Australia.
- We use Australia Post and these days it does take a little longer because of COVID-19 related issues.
- You can view estimated delivery times here.
- All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays.
- Once dispatched we will send you a tracking code.
- Orders cannot be changed once we have dispatched the item/s.
- If the item/s has been returned to us by Australia Post due to non-delivery, then we will charge an additional delivery fee for re-dispatch.
Returns
- We take lots of care to make sure your item/s is what you expect and gets to you safe and sound. But if it isn't please get in touch so we can resolve the issue with you.
- If there is an issue and you need to send it back to us, we'll cover the cost of postage back to us and offer you a refund or exchange,
Refund policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 5 calendar days from the date of receiving the item/s. If you receive your order and are not satisfied due to damage or not as described, you can return the item/s for a refund. If the period of 5 days has lapsed since receiving, we cannot unfortunately offer you a refund,
We do not accept any change of mind.
Little7Teen cannot be held responsible for the maintenance of your item/s.
Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Item/s is defective
- Item/s not as described
- Item/s must be unused
- Item/s must not be damaged unless already defective
